Talent goes through a standard job interview, starting with a two-step procedure, firstly candidates send through their CV which is followed up by a phone interview with one of our staff members. If successful, the next step is a face to face interview which will be held at our brand-new offices located in Mount Eden.

You will have the opportunity to observe and assist top trades professionals such as plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and passive fire experts as well as work under project and site managers. This gives a full scope experience of the many possible routes to take when choosing a career in the construction industry.
